… who your subscription point of contact is?  If you are unaware of whom this is, contact the MSSO help desk at mssohelp@ngc.com and we can help. Subscription specific information is only released to the subscription point of contact in order to maintain strict standards of control and privacy.

… your User ID, Password, and any applicable Unzip passwords? You will need this information to access certain areas of the web site, download files, and to submit change requests (if applicable). If you do not have this information, contact your subscription point of contact.

…. User IDs only change in cases of a merger?

… that Passwords change with every annual renewal as well as anytime the subscription point of contact is changed?

… Unzip passwords change with each version of MedDRA?

… there is a specific version number assigned to each MedDRA release?  Version numbers ending in .0 are complex versions, while versions ending in .1 are simple versions.

… version numbers for MedDRA releases are different than the version numbers assigned to the MedDRA Browser software application?
